Books on a Budget: Bookperk

Books on a Budget: Bookperk

Today in my Books on a Budget series were are going to be talking about Bookperk. This is a website where you sign up for emails from them about primarily e-book deals with some physical copies deals too. Bookperk is owned by HarperCollins Publishers for those who are interested. I can only assume that this means it will only include deals from HarperCollins and their subsidiaries.

I receive one email per day about deals that are going on for that day. It offers the deal on a number of platforms such as Kindle, iBooks, etc. I’ve gotten so many deals that I never would’ve known about otherwise. They also have offers for audiobooks as well if you’re into that. Sometimes there are deals on entire series, although they are rare.

I am sorry that this service isn’t available in more countries. I have a feeling that it has to do with the licensing of the books. If you want Bookperk to expand to your country then please contact them on Facebook or Twitter. Maybe if enough people let them know they will expand their program further!

This service isn’t perfect if you are looking for a specific book, but if you have a large TBR (as I’m sure most of us do) you can keep an eye out for books you’ve been wanting and get them at a cheaper price! I have certainly built up my e-book collection since signing up for this service. The only thing that can get annoying is that the emails can pile up in your inbox, but you can simply just delete them. If you haven’t signed up for Bookperk then I recommend you do so!
